About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our student administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with people, takes pride in being highly organised, and is eager to learn and develop new skills.
In this role, you’ll often be the first point of contact for our clients and learners, so a friendly manner, attention to detail and a willingness to problem-solve are essential. Full training and support will be provided.
The role is initially offered as a twelve-month fixed-term contract with the option to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service through phone, email, and online enquiries.
- Give accurate information to students and stakeholders, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Process student enrolments and maintain accurate records using electronic student management systems (training provided).
- Support compliance tasks, ensuring activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, including issuing course certificates.
- Process basic finance tasks such as raising invoices and receiving payments.
- Provide general administrative support and assist the team during busy periods.
